"The staff went out of their way to help out with excursions and helped w transportation and we loved the waiters!"

The hotel was an easy 5 min walk to beach! The pool was very nice and the restaurant and breakfast was excellent

The location to the beach was great

The breakfast was just alright. Crazy to charge for milk. And would have preferred buffet with other items

"Restful respite near the beach"

The staff is amazing!! It is located so close to the beach, like a 5min walk. The pool was also very welcome since it was hot when we were there. The AC in the room was a must too. I would definitely come back if I were to be in Playa Hermosa again! It is also way more beautiful than the pictures, I think the photos don't do justice to the place.

The restaurant is a bit pricy, but it is expected in a tourist area like this.
