Las habitaciones son cómodas, parqueadero cubierto, en general las instalaciones son bonitas

La atención del personal no es buena y la.piscina estaba sucia y dañada. Se informó al.momneto de llegar al hotel que una baldosa estaba rota. Adicionalmente, no estaba limpia y le echaron pastillas desinfectantes cuando se estaba utilizando la piscina

El hotel es muy central, queda cerca de todo. Las instalaciones son bonitas, muy limpias y cuentan con todos los servicios necesarios. La calidad de la comida fue excelente: los desayunos, almuerzos y cenas estuvieron deliciosos. Además, destaco la amabilidad y calidez del personal de servicio, siempre muy atentas y respetuosas.

Hubo una recepcionista (Laura) a quien considero le falta mejorar en atención al cliente. En varias ocasiones sus respuestas fueron poco amables y no saludaba, lo cual genera una primera impresión distante. Fue la única situación negativa, ya que el resto del personal fue excelente.
