"Bad experiance with the hotel front desk"

the guy at the breakfast was very kind and helpful. Room (except for the no hot water in the shower).

There were no hot water in the shower. When we asked the reception, we were told to wait 30 min a few times and still no hot water. Finally, when we asked to talk to the manager we were told he/she were asleep (it was 8 pm). Our feeling was that we were not told the truth... Also, I was told there is no close place to buy drinking water and found out that was wrong and there was a grocery 1 block away... Bottom line - we left with a very bad feeling from the staff.
