La gentillesse et la disponibilité du personnel de l’accueil . Très souriant, c’est très appréciable !

La chambre était très poussiéreuse (sol et dessus de draps) et de plus l’intérieur des coussins étaient immondes c'était vraiment très sale, l’évier de la salle d’eau sale était dégoûtant également. C’est dommage car c’est la première que cela nous arrive…

Accueil très sympathique à l'accueil

Crotte dans les WC chassé d'eau pas tirée, donc wc pas nettoyé 1 cheveux noir long sur le lavabo (je suis blonde). Lit du haut enfant pas de couette, 1 plaid qui sens la cigarette, drap à mettre nous même sur le lit du haut. Des degoulinures de crasse noir sur le chauffage électrique, vitre pas lavée depuis des mois. Lavabo tellement atroce on nose pas see laver Les mains. Pas de proposition de remboursement meme partiel.
