"Saleté et crasse vétusté"

Accueil sympathique de la personne à l'accueil

Salle de bain salle, WC pas nettoyé, une crotte dans les WC, cheveux noir long sur le lavabo. Lavabo tellement vétuste qu'on a peur de se laver dedans... Fenêtre pas lavée depuis un an à l'extérieur je pense... Degoulinures de crasse sur le radiateur. Lit de mon enfant pas fait, pas de couette il y a pour le lit du haut 1 drap et une vieille couverture qui sent la cigarette pour se couvrir. De la crasserie un peu partout. Établissement à fuir surtout si vous un enfant... Aucune proposition de remboursement meme partiel proposé.... La personne a l'accueil avait l'air habituée à ce genre de remontée.

je cherche encore !!!

tout ! ou presque ! chambre minuscule de - de 10m2 équipé de 3 lits ! donc un espace pour 3 personnes !! très compliqué surtout en période de canicule !! un seul vasistas qui ne fait que s'entrouvrir ! des températures nocturnes de 35 à 40° intenable !! étouffant ! pas de télévision !! pas de wifi !! j'ai signalé a l'accueil on m'a répondu que la télé ne fonctionnait pas a cause de la température !! et que la wifi fonctionnait mieux en bas au rez de chaussée ! mince pas de pot je suis au second étage !! à 68 ans j'en ai entendu des excuses nulles mais là c'est le pompon !! investissez dans la clim ou au moins dans des ventilateurs !!

La gentillesse et la disponibilité du personnel de l’accueil . Très souriant, c’est très appréciable !

La chambre était très poussiéreuse (sol et dessus de draps) et de plus l’intérieur des coussins étaient immondes c'était vraiment très sale, l’évier de la salle d’eau sale était dégoûtant également. C’est dommage car c’est la première que cela nous arrive…
