A real German classic hotel. It was a pleasure to be here. Good food, people friendly and a good breakfast.

Staff super gentile e disponibile Colazione buona camera (mi hanno dato una camera grande molto bella) ma un collega ha preso una camera piccolina e meno bella...

alcune camere decisamente da modernizzare forse il prezzo un po' alto rispetto alle aspettative.

"Schöne Zimmer, Lift und großer PP, aber Eingang Kohlenstraße 17 steht nirgends"

Die Hoteladresse mit Zugang zum Hotel und dem PP ist Kohlenstraße 17 statt der angegebenen Adresse in Booking.com. Die angegebene Adresse ist der Restauranteingang und liegt in einer Einbahnstraße mit beschränkter Zufahrt. Dadurch war die Anfahrt sehr schwierig und man muss erst mal durch das gesamte Restaurant gehen, um zur Rezeption zu gelangen. der Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption kannte weder Booking.com, noch wusste er von unserer Reservierung. Wir erhielten dann aber ein sehr schönes Zimmer im 1. Liftstock. Das Abendessen konnte auch noch reserviert werden. Abendessen war ok, meine Spätzle und die Hühnerbrust waren meiner Meinung nach aber nicht frisch gemacht, sondern aufgewärmt. Der Kellner sagte zu meiner Anmerkung nur nein und sprach darauf kein Wort mehr mit mir, schickte auch einen anderen Kollegen zum Zahlen. Komischer Umgang mit dem Gast.

Sehr dankbar waren wir, dass wir nach Betriebsschluss noch ein Glas Wein bekommen konnten. .

Eine Gummiunterlage im Bett geht, ehrlich gesagt, vielleicht im Krankenhaus, aber nicht in einem Hotel. Beim Frühstück fehlten Obstsalat und Brot, z.B. Vollkornbrot.
