Das Zimmer war geräumig und Sauber.

Das Badezimmer hingegen ist nicht auf dem neuesten Stand. Badewanne mit Duschvorhang und fehlenden Fließen an der Wand geht überhaupt nicht. Zum Frühstück bekamen wir eine Woche den gleichen Aufschnitt. Nicht einmal nett angerichtet! Abends wurden die Essenzeiten überhaupt nicht kontrolliert (1. Durchgang von 18.00Uhr bis 19.00Uhr, 2.Durchgang von 19.00Uhr bis 20.00 Uhr). Es gab dadurch sehr wenig Plätze, die Lautstärke war unerträglich und am Bufett musste lange gewartet werden, bis neue Speisen angereicht wurden. Wer eine Invasion von Holländern mag, ist hier genau richtig. Über die Touristinformation war zu erfahren das alle Ausflugsziele nur auf schönes Wetter ausgelegt sind. Wir hatten nur Regen!! Hier muss unbedingt nachgearbeitet werden.

Tolle Wandergegend, gut ausgeschildert.

Die Dame an der Rezeption könnte etwas freundlicher sein. Sehr burschikoser Ton. Aber Sie macht sicher Massenabfertigung, weil das Hotel gut besucht ist. Besonders von den Niederländern. Unnötig war, dass einem von der Rezeption eine zu leistende Servicepauschale mit als Kurtaxe "verkauft" wird, was nicht richtig ist, denn die Kurtaxe ist im Sauerland eigentlich geringer und das sind 2 verschiedene Dinge in der Verwendung. Sowas ist irreführend. Auf unsere Nachfrage meinte das Personal an der Rezeption: "Es ist Anweisung der Geschäftsleitung, es so zu betiteln!" Wir zahlen die Servicepauschale gern, aber wir lassen uns nicht gern für dumm verkaufen. Warum die Verschleierung der Kosten? Ein weiterer Kritikpunkt war der stets unangenehme, moderige Geruch in der Toilette. Wir mussten uns Duftsteine und Geruchsverbesserer im Ort kaufen, um es erträglich zu machen.

Prachtig uitzicht vanaf de kamer. Heerlijk eten, waarbij vooral de warme groente elje dag verraste.

De koffieautomaat voor dagelijks-gebruik ging stuk en werd niet echt gerepareerd. Maar dat was een detail.
