Skiathos Thalassa, Philian Hotels and Resorts

The staff were totally professional- fabulous. We had a nice room with fridge, water, bathrobes and slippers. The breakfast was very good.

Our room was noisy at times - not sure if it was near a main boiler or aircon. The pool area was smaller than expected and the sun beds on the beach were expensive

this is our 3rd time we've stayed at Thalassa and we love it. The staff are so lovely & friendly . Very helpful & polite . the location id perfect for us easy access into town.

There are couple of things that i found in our room the location of the hair dryer . This isnt suitable , well wasnt for me. I like to sit in front of a mirror to do my hair & make up. I found the mirror was to high when i sat on the stoll infront of the round mirrow . I know there is a long mirrow in the room . so i managed . this isnt a compliant , its a feed back ! maybe lower the round mirrows a bit . hand have a hair dyer thats not located in the bath room.

There was a really weird sewage smell outside our room

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were extremely friendly, helpful, and attentive throughout our visit. They went out of their way to make us feel comfortable and welcome. Excellent service and hospitality – I would definitely stay here again!
