"Oud hotel maar prachtige ligging"

De omgeving is prachtig. Personeel is heel vriendelijk.

Beetje oude meubelen maar voor 2 nachten prima te doen.

La chambre spacieuse et calme

Une seule clé pour la chambre, l'ascenseur ne fonctionne plus le soir, pas de veilleur de nuit, à notre arrivée la veille, la patronne de l'établissement nous dit que nous pourrons petit-déjeuner le dimanche matin jusqu'à 11h, or le dimanche nous nous présentons à 10h07, finalement elle nous dit que nous ne pouvons pas petit déjeuner car c'était possible jusqu'à 10 h !!!!!!!!! Attention, que vous preniez le petite déjeuner ou pas, dans le tarif de la chambre est compté 5,60 €/personne de petit-déjeuner !!! Nous avons demandé qu'elle nous le rembourse ce qu'elle a refusé !!!!! Du coup nous avons été très bien accueillis pour le petit-déjeuner à 10h30 dans l'hôtel juste au-dessus MÖNCHS WALDHOTEL !!! Super petit-déjeuner, personnel très serviable, nous avons regretté de ne pas avoir pris notre chambre dans cet hôtel, car à peine plus cher, les prestations étaient dix fois meilleurs !!!!!!!

Friendly and professional staff: we visited the hotel just before their annual closing and nothing gave us the feeling that it was 'just the last bits&pieces to do OK' for the customers. Exceptional! Fantastic starting point to discover the region: on foot, bike or car. Clean place Delicious breakfast Great dinner options.

The 'wellness' room in the basement was cold, even when the staff upon request preheated this zone. Atmosphere is also a bit dated. Warm water was 'ok' for a shower but not for bathing (both in room as in wellness zone).

Very friendly place. Nice building with big comfortable room. Good generous breakfast. Lovely staff. Nice dinner

No kettle in room. Outside area garden etc and around river needing some tidying
