We loved the beautiful nature surrounding the hotel and the spa and wellness areas.

There was a scheduled power outage lasting several hours during one of the days of our stay. Due to this, the breakfast times were cut short, no alternative (pre-packed) breakfast option was offered and no compensation offered. That was a bit disappointing.

Świetny basen i strefa saun, niezły wybór dań podczas kolacji (jakość w 2026 znacznie lepsza niż np rok wcześniej, a jesteśmy to co roku) i dobre śniadanie (ale trochę monotonne).

Standard sprzątania jest kiepski, właściwie to tylko łóżko jest zasłane (i tak jest już kolejny rok, zawsze zgłaszam uwagi i proszę o odkurzenie…). Brak kapci jest niezrozumiały w tym standardzie hotelu. Szkoda, że hotel nie oferują pobytu ze skipasem, auto jest niezbędne.

Lokalita bola fajn , jedlo bolo tiež v poriadku

Zostali sme s manželkou sklamaní z vybavenia hotela. Taktiež vôbec nebola realita taká ako sa hotel prezentuje na obrázkoch. Sú to síce maličkosti ale tie rozhodujú ako detský kútik v ktorom chýbali hračky. Napr. Barbie dom bez Barbin a pod. Bazén bol v poriadku ale chýbal bazén pre malé deti s plytkou vodou. Zariadenie izieb pôsobilo veľmi ťažko , tmavé farby , taktiež bolo cítiť zápach z kúpeľne , konkrétne odtokov. Preto sme sa rozhodli ukončili pobyt skôr ako sme mali v pláne a vieme , že tento hotel nebudeme navštevovať.
