Clean spacious space. Great mountain view

Far from center, no room cleaning service. You need to throw your own trash, for our whole stay no one cleaned our room. Always same food during breakfast.

The view was stunning, and the location was perfect. The room had everything we needed for a comfortable stay — it was very clean, and all the furniture was new. The hotel has a restaurant with excellent breakfasts, and we also had dinner there and were very satisfied. The manager, Zaza, was incredibly helpful and attentive. He responded to all our requests, helped us early in the morning by bringing up a heater when the weather suddenly turned cold and the heating hadn’t been switched on yet, and even arranged a driver for a private tour. His kindness and responsiveness made our stay even more enjoyable.

Schönes großes Zimmer mit tollem Ausblick, alles frisch und sauber (Bett/Handtücher/Bademantel). Bequemes Bett, einfacher Check-in und -out. Frühstück typisch georgisch, für den Zimmerpreis etwas spartanisch (kein Obst, keine Butter, nur löslicher Kaffee)

Leider wurde bei 4N Aufenthalt nicht ein einziges Mal nach dem Zimmer geschaut - kein Handtuchwechsel, der "Mülleimer" war eine 40L Mülltüte die im Bad hing. An Tag 3 mussten wir nach einer zweiten Rolle Toilettenpapier aktiv nachfragen. Schade, für die wenige Leistung ist der Preis zu hoch angesetzt.
