We got an upgrade for the stay. More spacious room. Quiet. Family oriented. Kids friendly.

The front door is not sound proof. Can hear people and kids talking and moving along the corridor. There is no place to keep body soap or shampoo in the shower cubicle. Has to be placed on the floor.

Each room features its own TV with YouTube access, and the location is peaceful. The hotel boasts a large swimming pool and a well-equipped gym. Room service is prompt, and the food is delicious and reasonably priced. The staff are friendly and accommodating.

The separation of the bathroom and toilet was inconvenient. The shower being inside the jacuzzi tub posed a safety risk for children. Given the spacious bathroom, it would be better to have the toilet inside and the shower outside the jacuzzi. The air conditioning in the downstairs restaurant was often turned off, requiring us to request it be switched on each time. The room's dustbin was very small, and there was no mirror for dressing up. In the two-bedroom suite we booked, one room had no lighting, forcing us to rely on table lamps.

Dirty & worn out finishes in my junior suite room 306. Toilet has a dingy smell & shower is hardly any water pressure . Signs of mold in the toilet too, hotel rooms corridor is super hot , poor quality on ventilation system . Hotel manager occupied &!reserved the best car park lot in the front entrance ???? 🤦🏻‍♂️🤦🤷‍♂️
