Emma J has looked after us on numerous occasions always making us feel welcome and ensuring we are taken care of throughout our night. Really makes our time at the rabbit wholesome and much more enjoyable when someone so genuine looks after us. Thank you Emma J

Such a lovely afternoon at the Rabbit. The relaxed atmosphere and lovely friendly staff made for the perfect place to relax with fantastic food and cocktails ( the Jessica rabbit is a must have) A big shout out to the lovely Emma J for looking after us 🥰

We had an amazing experience at the thermal spa and treatments, lunch had amazing flavour and finished in the bar with a cocktail served by the lovely and friendly Emma J who also advised me so professionally on a delicate matter. Looking forward to going back soon.

We had a fantastic evening at the Rabbit Hotel on Tuesday night, enjoying both dinner and drinks in the restaurant bar. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming. A special mention has to go to our server, Emma J, who really made the experience stand out. She was attentive without being overbearing, friendly, and genuinely made us feel well looked after throughout the evening. Her recommendations were spot on, and she handled everything with a smile, even when it got busy. The food was delicious and beautifully presented, and the drinks were just as impressive — a great selection and expertly prepared. Overall, it was a brilliant experience, and Emma J’s service truly elevated the night. We’ll definitely be back!

We had the most amazing stay all started at check in when we got a little upgrade honestly room was beautiful the guy on reception was so welcoming and friendly. We spent a few hours at the spa before heading to the bar for some drinks again the staff were just so welcoming especially Emma J who took time to chat with us she really is amazing. We can't wait to visit again hopefully soon.
