great location, great faciliy, very nice room and swimming path – Great staff and nice breakfast

restaurant hab no good options for small children in the evening.

Meals were delicious, and the cleaning staff was excellent. The location can't be beat - it's literally not possible to be closer to the lifts, ski rental, and ski school. Overall, it was a modern, high-class hotel.

Front desk staff was not very knowledgeable and occasionally absent or unhelpful. The pool area was nice but small. Our room (and about half the rooms at the hotel) looked out over a parking lot, which could be loud during early morning plowing.

Top location, clean and comfortable rooms and above all the bed food in the Alps! My congratulations to the chef and his staff!

Closeness to the lift.

Limited variety of food. Hotel was kind of "cold", missing the family vibe.

The food and location were fantastic. Staff at dinner were very accommodating and offered vegetarian options which were not on the menu, when asked for alternatives. Rooms were spacious, cozy, and clean. The hotel is very dog friendly.

The rules in the spa about kids not being allowed at certain times were not respected and despite complaints to reception about kids splashing around the entire pool area, no actions were taken by the staff. This ruined the spa experience on consecutive days. The ski lockers in the hotel cannot be locked separately and we had to pay to lock them away more safely elsewhere.

The food was really good

Staff reception was not warm and not smart at all, they could not and did not help. Staff restaurant was 1 good guy, too little for the whole restaurant, lots of waiting!!!! I did not like the couch to eat from, I prefer chairs
