Proche de Gérardmer et de La Bresse, avec toutes les commodités. Animaux à voir sur place. Hébergement agréable et spacieux. Petit déjeuner copieux à bon prix. Hôte sympathique et serviable.

L'accueil, la propreté, l'équipement, le service chambre, les hôtes étaient aimables et accueillants. Très sympas le côté ferme 😀, auberge bien situé.

Le bruit quand les gens montent dans les étages, on entendait beaucoup trop fort. Des escaliers faites avec une autre matière auraient été beaucoup moins bruyant je pense... espace pièce correcte mais un tout petit peu plus d'espace aurait été top.

Niets want onze accomodatie werd geannuleerd terwijl we wouden inchecken. We hebben er dus nooit kunnen verblijven ookal hadden we het al weken op voorhand geboekt.

Wij hadden de accomodatie geboekt voor vrijdag tot zondag. Vrijdag om 14u onvingen we een bericht dat de boeking gecancelled was maar wij waren reeds daar. De reden van de annulatie die we te horen kregen was dat we een hond bij hadden en dat dit niet mocht maar we hebben geen hond en hebben ook nooit over een hond gesproken. We hebben proberen te spreken met de eigenaar hierover maar die deed letterlijk de deur in ons gezicht toe. We konden hem ook niet telefonisch of via mail contacteren. Uiteindelijk hebben we noodgedwongen een andere accomodatie moeten boeken om 21u. Ik vind dit simpelweg onacceptabel dat hij weigerde ons tegemoet te komen en onze boeking met een drogreden annuleert en daarna niet bereikbaar is. Hij heeft het zoeken van een nieuwe accomodatie zo laat op de avond enorm moeilijk en duur gemaakt. Ik hoop dat deze accomodatie van booking.com word gehaald want de gastheer is enorm onvriendelijk en niet te vertrouwen.
