Quarto limpo e informação de acesso enviada atempadamente e de completa. Já fiquei várias vezes neste alojamento e as condições de limpeza e contacto por parte do alojamento funcionam bem.

O ar condicionado do quarto não funcionou na função de aquecimento. Por azar, estava uma noite muito fria. Tornou-se difícil dormir. Só tentei ligar era já meia-noite pelo que não havia forma de ser resolvido em tempo útil. Nunca me tinha acontecido em estadias anteriores.
