"Cozy and good hotel but not enough for the high price/night"

Location; The hotel common areas are beautiful; Great underground parking place; Good breakfast; The terrace of the room and its view; Quiet area; Big room with kitchen and table; Cozy;

Check-in was not a friendly experience; One of the mattresses was damaged / sagging; Bathroom with poor ventilation; Bathroom has a window but there's a full wall behind it haha; Definitely not worth the high cost per night;

"Perfect spot for our 5 day trip in the Dolomites!!!"

This is the perfect boutique hotel. Everything was a little better than I had even hoped. The staff extremely helpful, the breakfasts wonderful!! We loved to play games in the little bar area in the evenings. The view is amazing and the room a good size and nicely decorated. We will definitely recommend this place to friends! The sauna wellness are is amazing. So well decorated!!!!

There is nothing I would change or add.
