Hotel Miramonti

This hotel is quite charming and has character. The staff are enthusiastic, hard-working and attentive. The room was large, and the balcony was big, with a good view. The location is great - walking distance from cable car and the town. It also has a spa facility for after a long day on the mountains.

The hotel is dated and pretty basic in some ways. The enthusiasm and good attitude of the staff makes up for this in my opinion, but more fussy people might not enjoy some of the 'quirks'. There were no tea and coffee facilities in our room. Inexplicably, there were tap handles on our wall (?). The decoration is quite dated (not necessarily a negative for everyone). The bar was quite noisy at night, as it was right below us. Breakfast seemed chaotic, as no one seemed to understand where anything was, and the dining room was cramped. The rushing staff did not seem to have time to bring out food, clear tables, and help people at the same time. I can overlook all of this personally, as the staff are clearly hard working and trying their best.

Very friendly and attentive staff. They did their best to help with any request. The breakfast was pretty good and the location of the hotel is convenient.

The beds could be a bit more comfortable.

A comfortable hotel with a relaxed atmosphere, perfect location for hiking in the mountains.

Perfectly located near the cable car station. The staff was super friendly and helpful, we had to leave early on the morning of check out and the person in charge arranged for us to have a breakfast to go in a bag. Couldn't ask for a better service.

No bidet in the toilet... other than that everything was perfect.
