Close proximity to airport (10minutes) Nice view from balcony (after being moved to room we did book)

We arrived at 2am following night flight with hotel pre notified. On arrival the staff member was so rude and made us feel incredibly uncomfortable. Initial room allocated was not as booked (smaller and too few beds) Filthy dirty: hairs, mould over curtains and blinds and marks on bed linen

Comfortable stay very near Dabolim airport, it takes just10 mins by vehicle to reach from the airport.The breakfast was also decent with the staff very helpful. We had not booked breakfast,but the whole spread was available for a nominal cost The bed and shower area, TV etc were good.would recommend this place.

Bed felt dirty and had weird smell and residue. Overall cleanliness was poor

Decent value for the money. Food was good, staff was attentive.

Property is dated and needs refreshing. They were unable to process my credit card (tried four different ones, all of them worked in other places) and I had to walk to an ATM nearby to withdraw enough cash to pay.

All good. In bathroom, curtain should to be provided at the bath tub.

Facilities and food were very good.
