"Pleasant stay in the city"

Location is in prime area, staff behaviour is good.. buffet breakfast is good, room ambience is good toiletries are fine.. hot water supply was good

Room felt inadequate.. small improvements can be made like cloth hanger , a cupboard to to arrange your clothing.. no ac remote to fine tune.. only on or off.. Few more hangers.. the hanger present felt inadequate

"This property is ideal to stay at Vizag. We have not able to stay more than 1 day as we have travel."

Breakfast was good. Even quality of the food is also good. We have definitely recommended this Hotel to our friends and family to preference over other hotels if they travel to Vizag.

Not much as cleanliness, polite staff and front desk is also co-operative. So, it was pleasant stay at this hotel.

It was very clean, breakfast was amazing, location is amazing

Hot water is from the solar heater so takes a while and isn’t that hot. They give you only 1 key, which is odd for a 3 star hotel. Staff is good.

The hotel is in very good location.Easy communication as the location is easily accessible.The hotel is excellent and value for money. We stayed in King size delux room, the room size is quite good. The hotel staffs are very friendly. Hotel is very neat and clean. You will get super breakfast which is complementary. Dinner is optional but if you order early in the afternoon they will also make dinner for you on demand basis.As I was new to Vizag, they arranged local taxi for site seeing with affordable rates. The driver was also very friendly.The overall experience was very good.Thanks to all the hotel staffs.
