"Perfect Stop halfway on the via verde"

Very close to the via verde 'rail trail' that you can bicycle from Plasencia all the way to Salamanca (bypassing the Eurovelo 1 route). The town is very quiet and the bed was so comfortable, my husband and I both slept soundly. The breakfast was a great benefit and was much appreciated. The owners were both friendly and helpful answering any questions we had about the area. We were also able to store our bicycles in a covered, gated porch for the night. A great value too compared to other places we have stayed throughout Spain. Thank you for a wonderful stay and we hope to return someday.

No restaurants or groceries are in the town, so eat your dinner before arriving on bikes or have your dinner with you.
