"property is old and falling apart"

the staff is nice, the views from the hill are cool, it's right next to a funicular.

the pictures look nicer than how it actually is. everything just feels so old, all the furniture is old, the breakfast is minimal (bread, yogurt, jello, coffee). it's hard to get in and out of the premises because you need to be buzzed in and out and there is not always a person there to receive the buzz
