Kinderfreundliches Hotel, abwechslungsreiche Anlage mit schönen Pools und verschiedenen Unterhaltungsmöglichkeiten sowie zuvorkommendes Personal. Insgesamt gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Toll war, dass zwei Pools Anfang Mai noch beheizt waren. Außerdem hat das Hotel mit zwei Restaurants im Dorf eine Partnerschaft. Wir hatten dort einen sehr schönen Abend!

Zu viele Treppen für Kinderwagen, da Aufzüge meist außer Betrieb. Enge Bestuhlung im Restaurant. Wir mussten innerhalb des Hotels umziehen, da wir entgegen unserer Buchung in einem lauten Zimmer mit vielen Treppen untergebracht wurden. Das Babybett wurde erst nach mehrmaligem Nachfragen bereitgestellt.

Booking.com suggests all restaurants are included in all inclusive - they are not, only the buffet is included. Booking.com also suggests a minibar in your room - this was a fridge with 1 bottle of water you have to refill yourself for the duration of your stay. We were missold the hotel by booking.com The rooms are quite dated and the bedsheet constantly slips off the bed. Considering this is a family friendly hotel, there are stairs to go everywhere, even the bedrooms. If I was on my own with my baby, I would struggle to get anywhere, especially our room.

The pool facilities were clean and well maintained; however, the water was quite cold during our stay, which made it less comfortable for extended swimming, especially for children. Despite this, the pool area itself was pleasant and enjoyable.
