Location and friendliness of staff

The smell of the room was disgusting. I informed the staff early in the stay and they could not do anything about it saying it was coming from the pipes. I also had many episodes of noise- dripping coming from the ceiling. I thought the ceiling was going to fall on me in the middle of the night.
