Great view, Nice staffs at the hotel restaurant

I couldn't sleep because of the party held in the hotel on Friday and Saturday. Because of the party, I felt like the whole room was shaking. Fortunately, the party finished after 10 pm on Friday. But on Saturday, it was not finishing untill 11 pm. So I went to the reception desk and complained, but the staff said party room is booked untill 3am, so there is nothing he could do. The following day morning, I went to the reception desk to complain again, and the staff said they usually inform the guests when the room is booked that there could be an event during their stay. Yes, indeed they mentioned that there could be an event, but who would think that this event will finish at 3am?? If there is gonna be such an event, they shouldn't get the guest to stay in the hotel room. Or they shouldn't allow people to have party till 3am if there are hotel guests. At least, Hotel should pay more attention to noise insulation. Additionally, my wife lost her necklace at the hotel, and we contacted the hotel, but the staff was rude, not nice, not helpful at all

Lokalizacja, wygodne łóżko, duży pokój, miejsce do pracy.

Masakrycznie cuchnąca woda w kranie i pod prysznicem. Słabe śniadanie względem aktualnych standardów. Taki sobie pokój, dziura w ścianie.

Die Zufahrtsstraße ist in sehr schlechtem Zustand

Hotel spełnił oczekiwania. Cena adekwatna do jakości. Jest bardzo czysto, bardzo ciepło (może nawet za bardzo). Ładny widok na jezioro. Dużo darmowych miejsc parkingowych. Hotel wybraliśmy jako miejsce wypadowe do zwiedzania Śląska i Jury i świetnie sie sprawdził.

Śniadanie skromne, co można zrozumieć, bo nie było wielu gości, ale czasem trzeba było poczekać na doniesienie kawy, czy jajek, które dość "skromnie" uzupełniano.

Widok z okna na Pogorie. Ogólnie fajny klimat. Dużo miejsca na spacery, by wyciszyć głowę po podróży.

Śniadanie bez polotu. Pol godziny przed końcem był już mały wybór.
