The staff is friendly, the room is very comfortable, Mini Big C and 7/11are next to, 3/4 minutes walking to the closest Beach, in the avenue of the restaurants. Pretty perfect!

The bathroom in the morning right after a night was smelling like urine and the sink has a yellow dirty line very marked. There is no one at the reception, but they attended after a couple of minutes waiting or after a contact by line or even by booking.com.

"You get what you pay for."

Great location in the centre of Chao Lao. Can't comment on breakfast - didn't eat it. It's not a long term set up, but decent enough for one night.Staff were typically Thai - lovely and friendly.

Room was musty as probably hadn't been used for quite some time. Balcony door didn't lock which wasn't a great feeling.
