Gastheer Philip staat steeds paraat voor zijn klanten. De premium karte, die je krijgt tijdens jouw verblijf, heeft in de zomer heel wat voordelen zoals het gebruik van de lokale bussen en kabelbanen. De halfpensionformule is goed verzorgd. Het ontbijt is eenvoudig. Het avondmaal is rijkelijk, waarbij het hoofdgerecht lekker en lokaal is. Ook de vegetarische optie was steeds in orde. De (kleine) kinderen kunnen zich uitleven in de speelhoek binnen en de speeltuin buiten. De gastvrijheid van Philip en zijn team zorgen voor een geslaagde vakantie. Het appartement waarin we verbleven was goed uitgerust, voldoende groot en rustig gelegen vlakbij het hotel. Het hotel zelf ademt nostalgie en lokaliteit.

Op sommige avonden kan het druk zijn, doordat er ook niet-hotelgasten kunnen komen eten. Daardoor was het soms wat langer wachten op de maaltijden. Door de vele speelmogelijkheden kunnen kinderen de tijd wel aangenaam overbruggen.
