Brak obsługi na recepcji, hotel zakluczony. Mimo rezerwacji niestety nie otrzymaliśmy noclegu, nikt nie otwarł nam drzwi mimo 40 minut dobijania się (dzwonienia, pukania, wołania)… jakaś paranoja i katastrofa organizacyjna. NIE POLECAM I NIKOMU NIE ŻYCZĘ TAKIEJ SYTUACJI W KTÓREJ „pracowałem klamkę”. Zmuszony byłem ponieść zwiększone koszty i zapłacić za kolejny przejazd na inny hotel. Obsługa do zwolnienia !
