My Gili Paradise

Honestly one of the best places to stay if you’re looking for a super chill and peaceful vibe. The whole place feels so relaxing and cozy, perfect for slowing down and enjoying Gili. The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The hotel area is beautiful and calm, especially in the afternoon — such a nice atmosphere to just sit back and enjoy. The staff were also really kind and helpful throughout our stay. Would definitely come back next time 🤍

Convenient location

Johnny was super pushy. When I arrived he tried to get me to go snorkelling, when I said I’d already booked he said oh you must have booked private and paid too much. I hadn’t. Breakfast dishes left uncollected with ants all over them. When asked if I’d like milk in my coffee, confirmed. No milk. No refrigerator in room. Reasonable place, but honestly gave me a bed vibe. Don’t let this put you off, the place is totally okay enough. But Johnny asked for a review and here it is.l

The room was nice, hammock was a nice touch. Location was perfect for us and close to harbour.

Unfortunately the water in the pool made my friend’s hair green due to her bleach so please be cautious of this. I was fine with my natural hair.

Very close proximity to the center, you can rent bikes and ebikes at good price! Super friendly staff and comfortable bed. Air conditioner works really well and pool is clean!

It’s a bit too loud at night and you can hear the prayers at 5am. But nothing too bad!

Nous avons apprécié un personnel aux soins, une chambre plutôt confortable, un petit dej complet, un service laundry de qualité, un emplacement central.

Pour les personnes sensibles au bruit, le sommeil peut être dérangé : muezzin, musiques des bars,… (le prix à payer pour un emplacement central). L'exploration des 3 îles (organisée par l'hôtel) avec s/ce GoPro (avec Yudi et Rudi) : - on nous annonce 15 clients max sur le bateau et nous sommes 22 (+50%), en plongée c'est gênant, - les photos et vidéos GoPro : après les prises, Yudi nous en a montré quelques unes lorsque nous étions sur le bateau dont une belle vidéo de notre famille en plongée... que nous ne reverrons jamais. Toutes les images ne sont pas transmises par l'app. PhotoCircle ou par WhatsApp ; lors de la relance on nous informe - à tort - que toutes les vidéos ont été transmises (manque de sérieux et supports de souvenirs qui s'envolent).

Chambre très cosy et personnel tres aimable et serviable ! A proximité du port, de la plage, des restaurants et boutiques. Petit déjeuner servi en chambre ✨️

Impossibilité de prendre le petit déjeuner avant 8h : dommage quand on a des plongées prévues le matin tôt.

La ubicación. Muy cerca del puerto y fácil para trasladarse a cualquier punto de la isla. El desayuno es acorde al precio.

El lugar no está tal se ve en las fotos. Le falta cierto mantenimiento. Por ejemplo en el baño que me toco, las paredes tenian muchas manchas de humedad. Por otro lado, como al parecer era temporada baja, la pileta no estaba del todo limpia. No hay heladera ni frigobar en las habitaciones para guardar bebidas o comida.

We loved our stay at My Gili Paradise, it’s been mine and my friend’s favourite accommodation whilst travelling South East Asia. The rooms and pool are gorgeous and the staff were so lovely and helpful. It is in a good location too, only a short walk from the pier.
