The 5 Brothers Hotel

The photos don’t do the place justice, our bedroom was lovely and the bathroom was amazing!

Clean property in a good location. Friendly staff. Room was cleaned every day. We had a few issues with our bike we hired but the friendly staff fixed it straight away for us.

If had to be picky, maybe a fridge in the room

Très bon petit déjeuner, l'emplacement proche du port. Chambre confortable et bien agencée. Vélo correct disponible sur place (50K/j).

On sentait la saison creuse.. Peu de considération / motivation envers les seuls guest présents, idem pour la propreté des lieux communs (piscine, espace de détente et restauration). De plus, il est inadmissible à ce prix de ne pas avoir au moins une nouvelle petite bouteille d'eau à chaque nuitée.

1) people who work there are really helpful and OK. 2) you can rent a bike, but those bikes are old and you can see some rust. So, before you go take a look at brakes and pressure in your tire. If it does not work properly, people working there will help you 3) swimming pool is OK 4) neighbourhood is OK, close to the hotel is night market where you can buy local food for good price. But some people can complain about: no street to go to the hotel - there is a sand from hotel to the main Street to port. Chicken can wake you up at morning. Close to the hotel is mosque - for us it was OK, but we saw that some people complain that it is noise coming from there. Anyway this is Muslim island, so during the day 5 times people pray. Going to Gili you should know this is Muslim island and daily pray is a part of their culture. So, even close to the port or in restaurants on the beach you can also hear the voice in loudspeaker from the mosque.

1) the humidity in my room was terrible. Air conditioning is not sufficient, and we had a problem to sleep. 2) the walls inside the room were painted recently, and we suppose it could be because mold that is hidden. Please smell the scent when you enter your room, we could smell the high humidity. 3) the food was not so good, so if you have a chance, it is better to eat closer the beach. 4) there are 2 terraces in hotel for public use. But there is a lot of mess, chairs and hassocks are really dirty, so when you take a look at it, you loose the willingness to spend time there. And this is bad because it could be strong benefit for this hotel, but reality is that the dirt does not allow to take rest there and nobody from guests used that during our stay.

Nagyon kedves és figyelmes szállásadók, mindig volt valaki aki a kéréseinket figyelte. Szép tiszta volt a szállás, jó a medence! :)
