Hotel Kreuz

All property was very clean. Clock on church tower speeking hours and quadrants. Nice bathroom with shower with massage :) Sinks in rooms with soap and towels.

They wanted to charge me more (70 euros) then on booking webpage (56 euro) and in cash. Were not satisfied that I booked room on booking and paid already with card. I needed to listen unhappy deputy manager speaking german to me (I understood only "geld" and that he is not happy not getting cash from me). Windows didn't isolate noise from the road, rolettes helped a bit but not much. Deputy did not speak any English. Monika at least try and was helpful.

Beds were somewhat comfy, and the blankets were very warm - that's good.

Shower was very difficult to use, it was hard to find the right balance between steaming hot and ice cold water.

The room was clean, and the sheets and towels were neat and tidy.

We had to wait in rain with a 6-month-old child even if we confirmed and called several times without any answer. The heat was off, so we had to wait for at least 3 hours for the room to be at an acceptable temperature. The people that stayed there were outrageously loud, and we couldn't fall asleep until late, just so we could wake up on the sounds that a woman was doing while having sex... Travelling with a small baby is slightly different, so we would have appreciated a double size bed at least, but we got two singles. The lack of heat and the noise made us leave this bad review. I would have expected that once I've confirmed the arrival time to have the heat on and someone at the reception desk.

room and cleanliness was ok

The reception was unmanned despite our clear, previous statement of our arrival time. It took 15 minutes for someone to come and let us in. The room was stone cold (14 C) and it took more than 3 hourse before the heating came on (despite our complaint), whihc we regard as unacceptable.
