"Unpleasant experience"

Staff were great, supportive, and available. Lady from reception and from kids area were great.

SPA was not available. Only 1 poorly functional sauna . I picked the location for the SPA. No pool and not nothing. Location is on the street with a lot of cars and trucks around.
