"Good"

Was overcharged at this hotel. They didn't want to give us an itemized statement. Overcharged us for our pet. We even had them check the room before we left to prove there was no damage by our small dog. Juice machine wasn't working. No maple syrup. Some of the front desk staff were very sweet...others were not.

"Eh. If I had read it more closely I wouldn’t have chosen it"

Beds were comfortable

Door was hard to latch closed. Room was 70, pet fee was 50. That’s ridiculous. Breakfast was just basic. They will do your launder for $10 during morning hours, but there isn’t a washer/dryer onsite for public use.

"Clean, quiet, safe, VERY basic and could do with a little updating."

It was clean, quiet, and as a 77-year-old woman traveling alone, I felt safe - a big plus.

The beds were too soft but not bad. I have a bad back, so I need a bit firmer bed. The chairs need replacing. They were very worn and uncomfortable. I was only there to sleep before catching an early morning flight so I was not overly concerned.
