I requested 3 rooms. 2 rooms not ready & my 2 son's stay in my room temporarily and my room is quite cramp. After 15mis their room is ready to go in We have to wait for at least 2-3 hours to go up the room. Sahor food is quite boring. Reception counter said we can go the cafeteria at 3am and when we came, the food is not ready. Iftar food ok2 je. Bcoz we request for 1day only Thank you

I like breakfast and all staffs are good

STAYING IN 5TH FLOOR WAS GOOD. THIS TIME I STAYED IN 2ND FLOOR ROOMS VERY VERY DARK, BATHROOM WAS LEAKY. I WILL NEVER PREFER STAY IN 2ND FLOOR ROOMS NEXT TIME
