El desayuno un poco escaso

I liked the location. Right next to the park and right next to the beach. Great restaurant right next door. Lil grocery shop right across the street. I like the feel of it. Very cute. The pool was cute too. Beds were ok for comfortableness. Breakfast was pretty good. The host was very nice to me when I arrived late the first night.

Well I really liked this hotel until it left a bad taste in my mouth. I had no hot water. I asked the host if there was hot water she said yes. She got her guy to come look at it. He says it works but with very low pressure. Then when he left he said it wasn't very hot and that he would talk to his boss. Fast forward to me asking her if there was any plan to get me hot water. She said she was told it was hot and she'd check it tomorrow. Well tomorrow came and I took a warmish shower again. Yes im from Canada and its hot there but I like hot showers. Not just warm showers. Then I checked out at 11 and my shuttle didn't come until 130 so usually u can hang around the hotel use the pool what ever. No. Im sitting there in plus 35 degree heat just my legs in the pool trying to cool down for the worker lady tell me once I check out I should be out of the hotel and I can only leave my luggage. I was blown away and if I wanna use the pool her boss the host will charge me 35 usd. I paid good money to stay at her run down dirty hotel and I cant use the pool after I check out to try and cool down a bit. It was bad enough when I checked in there was a big black hair in the sink in the bathroom and the fridge had crumbs in it. I am a cleaner I miss hair too but now after being given a hard time for sticking around after check out and taking cold showers. I will not return. I was in the room on the main floor and I could hear people going up and down the stairs too. It was very annoying. I will not be returning here.

La ubicación es fantástica, en la puerta del parque. Tienes aparcamiento en la puerta del hotel. La amabilidad del personal. La piscina es ideal para darse un baño al salir del parque. El desayuno está bien, no hay mucho para elegir pero está bueno. Tienes nevera en la habitación, lo que se agradece con el calor que hace. La cama es cómoda.

Entraba mucha luz por las ventanas y amanece a las 5. No había ni un colgador para las toallas, ni para las de ducha ni para las de manos. La alcachofa de la ducha.

Goede ligging en vriendelijk personeel

Lo mejor del hotel es la ubicación, absolutamente imbatible si quieres visitar el PN Manuel Antonio. Está literalmente a 30 metros y tiene un espacio de parking propio delante del hotel. Camas cómodas. Las habitaciones incluyen cocina. Se agradece la piscina para refrescarse.

Tuvimos un problema con el A/A y, después de más de 2 horas esperando que lo arreglaran, finalmente accedieron a cambiarnos de habitación. Si lo hubieran hecho desde el principio, hubiera sido perfecto.
