Fortuna Hotel

Great hotel, our room was really nice and had big terrace.

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable

The receptionist doesn't care about your travel, she doesn't ask in the morning if everything went well and such The windows of the bedrooms with balcony don't close so you might feel unsafe due to the balcony just being on the 1st floor The parking is just a plot in front of the hotel, not really guarded or anything The breakfast was quite spare, arrive early or nothing will be left and they don't refill There are stairs to access the reception. Was not expecting that with my 20kg luggage

Peace and relaxation, that's how you can call the experience we lived in this place. Neat room, friendly staff. I will definitely come back. In the mornings, it is very pleasant to hear the chirping of migratory birds and not sparrows or crows, as is the case everywhere in RO. There's a jacuzzi at the main floor and a little spa, a well place to spend the afternoon.

The fridge didn't work. No terrace at the first floor.

The staff was very kind, they received us really well even tho we have arrived earlier. The room was clean and nice, the bathroom have a hair dryer. The breakfast was great, with good options. The property is lovely, the locations is great and its walk distance of the thermal bath. They offer discount to the bath if you buy it at the hotel.
