Nusa Indah Onai Hotel

The breakfasts were excellent, we tried all the various options and the food was tasty and well prepared, with decent portion sizes. Special kudos go to the omelette and mie goreng. The location is perfect for those who want to be out of the hustle and bustle of the main town, with beautiful views of the beach, sea and Mount Agung. It is also within walking distance of shops and restaurants. Maglok and his wife Made were our hosts and they were super friendly, very accommodating and lovely. They even arranged a special early breakfast on the days we went snorkelling.

The room was large and spacious, with a nice pool and by the beach with a wonderful view of Mount Agung. Air conditioner worked well.

Had to ask twice for the bathroom to be cleaned as it was not very clean on arrival or after first asking

Staff is amazing!

The beds were comfortable and apart from the smell the main bedroom area was quite clean. The staff where lovely and very helpful with organizing taxis. It was in a good location for the beach and restaurants. The pool was very nice. The included breakfast was decent.

Cleaning seemed to be something that was only done between guests and even then it only seemed to be the beds and the floor in the bedroom. The bathroom was very dirty. We asked for it to be cleaned but it wasn’t. The smell got so bad towards the end that we couldn’t bear to be in the room anymore.
