Akrotiri Beach Resort & Spa - Adult Friendly

We had a wonderful stay at your hotel and would like to express our sincere appreciation for the excellent experience. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the high level of service, professionalism, cleanliness, organization, and attention to detail. The entire staff was friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. We especially want to thank the reception team for their kindness, responsiveness, and availability. They were always quick to answer our emails and were happy to assist with any question or request at any time. We would also like to compliment the dining room staff for their excellent service and warm attitude. The food was delicious, varied, and of very high quality, making every meal enjoyable. Another aspect we truly appreciated was the hotel’s flexibility and willingness to accommodate guests whenever possible. This made us feel valued and well cared for throughout our stay. The location of the hotel is fantastic, with easy access to the beach, breathtaking views, and proximity to many beautiful attractions. The scenery from the hotel is absolutely stunning and added so much to our overall experience. . We genuinely enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate to return in the future. We highly recommend this hotel and thank the entire team for making our vacation so memorable.

If we may offer two small suggestions for improvement: 1. The rooms are not very soundproof, and it is sometimes possible to hear noise from the hallway or neighboring rooms. 2. The gym could be improved by providing Wi-Fi access or a speaker/music system, as it is currently difficult to listen to music during workouts.

מיקום מעולה עם נוף מדהים, צוות אדיב מאוד, ארוחת בוקר מאוד מגוונת, קל להגיע למקום גם בתחבורה ציבורית, תשתיות טובות מבחינת בריכה וחוף, היה תמיד נקי.

הwifi היה חלש מאוד, בהתחשב שגם אין קליטה סלולרית בחדרים זה דיי ביאס. אם לא זה המלון היה פשוט מושלם

Breakfast not so amazing

Fabulously positioned 5 star hotel with view on the eaat and west side. We absolutely loved the cliff path with tanning beds and access to the water. The rooms were very spacious and cleaned every day with fresh towels.

Migliorerei il self service non tanto per l'assortimento dei cibi che è sempre vario, ma è piuttosto mal gestito dal responsabile di sala. Tutto l'altro personale è efficiente e gentilissimo.
