Camere poco insonorizzate tra loro

Perfetto coi bambini, il parco acquatico a fianco è ottimo e all'interno il ristorante ha un bellissimo parco giochi

Struttura forse un po' datata.

Ci è piaciuto che, oltre all'hotel, la struttura offra anche un ristorante/pizzeria adatto a diverse esigenze (con sala interna, esterna e a bordo piscina), un parco acquatico annesso, un circuito internazionale di go-kart e una sala giochi con gonfiabili per bambini (questi ultimi a pagamento). Il parcheggio auto è gratuito. Un ringraziamento speciale va a tutto lo staff reception, bar, direttore, proprietà e camerieri sempre pronti, con grande professionalità, a soddisfare qualsiasi necessità. Che dire? Se lo si desidera, si può tranquillamente trascorrere l'intera vacanza all'interno della struttura!

La struttura, pur offrendo tanti servizi e avendo grandi potenzialità, a volte dà l'impressione di essere un po' trascurata. Peccato, perché basterebbe davvero poco per farla diventare un 5 stelle!

Stuff friendly

I booked this hotel expecting a comfortable stay with the amenities advertised, but unfortunately, it was not as described. The breakfast was extremely poor – only bread, a few croissants, and cold eggs, far from the variety shown online. The Wi-Fi worked but was very slow and unreliable. The restaurant food was also disappointing in both quality and taste. One of the main reasons I booked this hotel was the swimming pool, but upon arrival, I was told it wasn’t included in the price. Instead, they offered a “50% discount” on entry, which still cost €50 per day – something that should have been made clear before booking. Overall, the property did not meet expectations and felt misleading compared to the listing. I would not recommend this hotel unless significant improvements are made in transparency, amenities, and service.
