Hotel Tabasco

Ubicación excepcional a 1 cuadra de la playa Potrero y de la zona de restaurantes y al no estar sobre la ruta lo hace muy tranquilo. Un punto alto son los propietarios del hotelito Piierre y Annies (así lo entendí porque.hablan en francés) sumamente atentos, y nos prepararon desayunos Épicos de elaboración de Pierre!

Difícil decir algo que ko.menhaya gustado.porque han pensado en todos los detalles!

Sehr nette Gastgeber, sehr saubere Unterkunft in toller Lage und bei allen Fragen waren uns die Gastgeber behilflich. Tolles Frühstück mit Obst, Joghurt, Müsli, Marmeladen, Saft, Kaffee und sehr leckeren Backwaren.

Perfect location one block from beach / grocery / restaurants/ bars. Clean room with great a/c and seating area, small pool on site. They also let you borrow beach towels, chairs, etc! The owners were very sweet and the breakfast was excellent - fresh, tropical fruits, homemade crepes and pastries, and really good coffee. Highly recommended!

Wish they had a magnified mirror for makeup. It was uncomfortable trying to prepare in the morning. Otherwise everything was great.

I slept really well here in a clean, comfortable room with an amazing breakfast (fresh fruit, freshly squeezed juice, homemade bread, preserves, eggs, etc) to start my day. The owner is really kind. You can see that a lot of care goes into this small complex. It is well run and was the perfect choice for us!

Breakfast was good. Security of the premisis was good. Liked being able to walk to nearby restaurants like La Forketta and the beach and beachfront bar.

Seemed like the A/C was struggling to keep up, maybe an older unit. It wasn't a very big room so was surprised it didn't cool down very quickly.

Location was very convenient to restaurants, mercado and the local beach. The availability of beach chairs, beach towels and beach bags were a welcomed bonus. A good adequate breakfast was a plus. Agnes our host, recommended Playa Penca, just a short walk over to the next bay. It was our best beach day of our Costa Rican vacation.

Nothing negative to report.

Hosts were very helpful, providing local recommendations with beach equipment available to borrow. Breakfast was great and rooms clean. Low frills high value!

Best beaches require a car to get to, but short taxis can easily get you to where you need to go. Having filtered water on site would help reduce plastic waste.
