"Cute spot"

Cute spot, especially compared to the other places I was seeing in this area on bookings. You can control the heat. They held my bags which was a bit expensive but worth it for the convenience. Fresh fruits at breakfast. And the bed was comfy!

Hot water takes a while to heat up.

What a surprise behind the red gates! Lovely, ordered, welcoming set up. It was quiet & secure. Rooms were very clean & beds made with luxury cotton sheets. Breakfast that was left fresh in your room every day was varied, plentiful & good quality. A nice touch was the Nespresso coffee machine with milk frother! The restaurant recommendations listed are definitely worth a visit! Would absolutely stay again.

Muy cálido al llegar, lo que ayudó porque hacía frío en Natales. Se les olvidaron las toallas pero lo solucionaron rápido. El desayuno muy bueno, y es muy conveniente que esté ya preparado y guardado en el refrigerador. Muy recomendable!

Trop mignon, les chambres sont décorées avec goût

Le problème de paiement . La carte de crédit Revolut qui ne pouvait pas être débitéeen ligne par l établissement alors qu elle était valable et alimentée . L absence de personnel pour vous accueillir . Les serrures des chambres fonctionnent mal . Nous avons été bloqués à l extérieur de notre chambre 1h 30. Heureusement que la propriétaire est venu nous aider . Ne fermez jamais le verrou du haut 😉
