Location is great, right next to the main square and in the heart of the old Medina. Staff is great, very kind and helpful. I was sick and they let us check out later. The room is traditionally decorated. It is very small but ok for a short stay. It feels cozy. There is an AMAZING terrace with awesome views. You can even see the Al Kasbah which looks magical at night. It is great!

The water in the shower essentially had only 2 temperatures: scorching hot or antarctic cold. Nothing in between. The shower is seperated by the rest of the bathroom only by a curtain and therefore the water goes everywhere. Would be nice if there was a mop to clean up the water after showering. The carpets in the room looked quite dirty. There is only one ceiling lightbulb in the room with very bright and cold white light. A bedside lamp with a soft warm light would be a nice addition.

Good location, nice view, and the staff were friendly. Overall the stay was comfortable.”

Hotel room was small but clean and comfortable, but no soaps, brushes or anything was given. Hotel location is very good.
