Comfortable room, spacious and clean. Bathroom also good size with a bath as well as a shower - which was welcome and, in my experience, rare these days. Staff friendly and professional. Common areas clean and comfortable. Was attending a Conference and the food provided was very nice with good selection of choice. I didnt use the spa or eat in the Grill so unable to comment on these. Happy to recommend - would happily stay again if back in the area.

Location was ideal for shopping in metro centre, the Odeon, train to Hexham and to Newcastle. There is plenty car parking spaces, although I came by train.

A wider selection on the menu. I had the cheese and ham toasties. Although nice, the toastie was small for the price. Instructions for operating the coffee maker would have been useful.

Friendly staff, great location, good value for money.

Everything exceeded our expectations. The only thing our group said would be a nice improvement was having a separate jacuzzi to the swimming pool as it was not warm but that's being picky!
