Amazing hotel 😊 staff were so welcoming , helpful and very caring and kind . By far the best hotel I’ve ever been to . And will be back in July time . Thank you to all staff at Delta Marriott hotel . Nothing that I didn’t like .

The hotel itself was clean, well presented and in a convenient location for our stay in Newcastle. The room facilities were generally good

Unfortunately, our stay was severely impacted by repeated disturbances throughout both nights. There was constant banging on our hotel room door, loud shouting, laughing and running in the corridors late into the night and early hours of the morning. The disruption occurred multiple times between approximately 10:30pm and 4:30am despite concerns being raised with reception. We were staying with children, so the lack of sleep and ongoing disturbance had a significant impact on our stay. The hotel failed to adequately control the behaviour of disruptive guests, which made the experience extremely stressful and disappointing.
