Everything was fine

Room (family suite) was spacious enough to accommodate a family. Location was ok, not too far from the town centre.

There is no lift, and we have to go two floors up. My parents had trouble getting up to the floor. There's no lift at all and this was not communicated to us prior, even though I called earlier to confirm my booking. The staff service was non existent. There's no restaurant or room service. we tried to order Coffee & tea, they said there's no room service. Overall the service was bad. Initial plan was to stay for two night, but cut it short to one night.
