Beautiful views Clean Lovely pool

Lovely location but only if you have a car Restaurant in evening was slow gave up trying to get a meal but to be fair a new member of staff

Excellent breakfast and staff, location is calm e fantastic, but you really need a car. There is a safe parking spot

Wir haben eine Nacht in diesem Hotel verbracht und waren sehr zufrieden. Das Personal war ausgesprochen freundlich und hat uns herzlich empfangen. Unser Zimmer war sauber, modern und sehr gepflegt – ideal für einen entspannten Aufenthalt. Der Poolbereich ist schön gestaltet und lädt zum Relaxen ein. Besonders praktisch fanden wir die vielen verfügbaren Parkplätze. Sowohl das Abendessen als auch das reichhaltige Frühstück waren qualitativ sehr gut. Das Hotel liegt ein wenig außerhalb von Riva del Garda auf einer Anhöhe.

Did not manage to check in as it was somehow fully booked. I was reliefed and happy as i booked another hotel afterwards. In pictures hotel looked fresher than in real life. Not suggest. View also is average (from info you expected more) and walk to town is at least 25-30 min down hill. Quite misleading/cheating info in their description.

Hotel had not nice atmosphere. Ridiculous that knowing that hotel is fully booked (whatever reason) they did nothing to not inform at once when issue was noticed. Only on getting there at reception they tried to make/excuses (that is booking.com fault). Getting there also is interesting as there are sign which says that you should go through Zona trafico limitato. I wrote trough booking.com - no answer. Made a call - not supportive and explained nothing valuable - was not able give simple answer yes / no - we can drive. After we translated that under sign are some text of exception for hotel benacus (not benacus panorama) - again misleading - what is that hotel 1 or 2?
