Everything. The staff at reception were kind and welcoming from our very first interaction. The restaurant staff were great. Everyone had a wonderful sense of humour. The rooms had been recently renovated, so ours was brand new. Breakfast and dinner were excellent. Easy walk to and from the hotel (ask staff for the shortcut).

Seria interessante se o hotel vendesse comida para comer na piscina. Alem de ser gostoso ficar petiscando algo na piscina, o hotel é um pouco longe dos restaurantes, então é uma boa saída para comer algo rápido e ser ainda mais prazeroso ficar na piscina

מהמלון יש נוף משוגע על ריבה דל גארדה ועל האגם. חניה חינם. ארוחת בוקר טובה ומגוונת. צוות קבלה ממש נחמד. מרפסת פונה לאגם.

מעלית ישנה ומסורבלת, היה ריח נוראי בחדר. המגבות לא היו נקיות. ההגעה לא הכי קלה, צריך לעבור בכביש מפותל וצר מאוד שיש בו תנועה דו כיוונית.
