Binh Minh Dien Chau Hotel

I didn't like anything about this hotel.

I was overcharged by a rude receptionist and I am going to make a formal complaint to Booking.com. The staff were rude. The room had a broken TV and would not move me until I complained. The recetion held my passport until I paid. The a/c unit leaked water onto the bed. The TV reception was useless.

The staff were great. Very friendly and helpful.

1) The room smelled of mould. 2) The location is about a 30-minute walk to or from town. 3) No mosquito net for the windows, so you will be bombarded with mosquito's all night. 4) I would avoid any hotels near here too due to the location. Go 1 or 2 km west.

It was close to the beach.

It wasn't super clean and there was a rat in my room😰

I didn't end up staying as there was an issue with my bicycle and the receptionist was so rude it was unbelievable. To book in I wasn't even allowed to have my bike outside of reception in the outdoors. Horrible person and place.
