This hotel is the perfect location! You could walk easily throughout the entire village…close to all the restaurants…do not think twice on booking this hotel…the charm of the village is incredible…it is nice to stay in town especially in the evening when are the day tours have left the village

"Super gelegen und schöner Garten mit Pool"

Das Hotel ist top gelegen, mitten in der Stadt. Es hat einen schönen, gepflegten Pool und einen sehr grossen Garten, wo man den Touristenmassen etwas entfliehen kann. Das Frühstück kann man alternativ im sehr schönen Aussenplatz einnehmen. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Der Parkplatz an sich ist super und grosszügig. Für die Zufahrt allerdings sollte man eher geübt und mutig sein: Sie ist sehr eng. Mit unserem Fahrradträger war die Zufahrt zwar problemlos möglich, es brauchte aber schon etwas Routine und Selbstvertrauen.

Le jardin magnifique La situation de l'hôtel dans Saint Emilion Un parking privé Le personnel sympathique et souriant

Des services sont manquants pour un hôtel 3* Il n'y a même pas de quoi se faire un café ou un thé dans la chambre. La chambre est très vieillissante. Le prix de la chambre ne correspond pas aux prestations proposées.

L'hôtel est très bien placé en plein cœur de St Émilion, dans une bâtisse magnifique en pierres et le personnel est très agréable et disponible.

Juste améliorer le petit déjeuner avec plus de choix, céréales, jambons et fromages plus variés

no shower curtain, broken shelve in Bathroom, not enough shampoo and soap for 2 persons, wall outlets barely able to hold european plugs. Overall ok, but had expected much more from this high cost hotel
