We had the most amazing experience at Saltus. Very friendly staff, amazing environment.

The Relax from Wellness Area was too noisy and tied. and there was no Sauna Aufguss from Friday until Tuesday. Sauna needs Aufguss. Also too many people like children’s wear Bikini’s or swim trunks in the Sauna

Very nice hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and hospitable, down to every single detail. The restaurant was definitely my favorite part as the dinner was simply fantastic. The hotel is very quiet, and everything feels very high quality. I was greeted with a nice cup of tea upon check in and then one of the hostesses was walking around the hotel lobby offering hot chocolate to guests as well. I did not use the sauna or pool but I imagine they were very high quality. I did use the gym and it had everything I needed (including free weights) to get a solid vacation workout in.

I suppose it just depends on what you are looking for - if you are searching for a feeling like you are retreating into the woods/countryside for peace and quiet, then this is the place for you. However there are not necessary great views of the mountain peaks from the hotel or much to do near the hotel - so just keep this in mind.

Amazing aesthetic, amazing views, super clean, comfortable beds, facilities like sauna and pool had the most amazing views ive ever seen. Felt like i was in a painting. Food was also great and rlly had that wellbeing element. The parking was very easy and free.

Only things i would change: sauna opens late (2 pm) and closes 7 pm. Also the pool closes early considering sunset was at 9 pm. Staff were a bit cold and not super welcoming but always gave us what we asked for. Also if you speak english only, the yoga classes and other sessions were mainly in german, however they tried to translate whenever they could. Also rooms have no AC and got a bit hot, when i opened the window a bit for some air some scary big bugs flew into my room at night, which didnt exactly help me sleep

The location is unbelievable, with incredible views. The hotel is beautifully designed and has amazing facilities such as sauna, heated indoor and outdoor pools, lounge areas and a lovely dining area. The rooms are spacious and well designed. Incredibly comfortable bed and pillows - always a win in my books. The bathrooms are large and stunning. All staff speak English.

I think the staff should give you a tour on arrival as we only discovered the sauna area on our last day. Though we were happy whit relaxing around the heated pool area.

Spa and Pool is freaking amazing. We liked that everything was clean/new and the view from the pool. Everyone was friendly. There is a bus that goes into the main city every hour which makes it super convenient. The yoga and wine tasting were free. The breakfast was the best we have ever had. Dinner was good too. we loved actually the routine of the food.

We spent 6 days in the hotel so everyday we saw more and more flaws and issues. But our biggest issue was the pricing policy. For example just getting your breakfast(included in our booking) delivered to our room was 25€. Then pool service offers 3 dishes and cost another extra 10€. The massages and treats were way to high for what you get. I understand the eco friendly setup but still considering the room price, it's too high. If the rooms would be 30-35% cheaper then we would definitely come back and ignore all these minor issues. Average Age was around 45 - 55.
